Terms & Conditions (Business Plan Submission):

  1. Non-Refundable Review Fee: Our business charges a non-refundable fee for reviewing business plans. This fee covers the cost of the review process and is payable upon submission of the business plan.
  2. Unfavorable Outcome: In the event that an application does not advance to the next round, the applicant will receive a detailed report explaining why their application did not meet our criteria or interest us. This report is provided for informational purposes only.
  3. Consultation Fee: Applicants who receive an unfavorable outcome may request a consultation for an additional fee. During the consultation, our team will provide feedback and guidance on how to improve the business plan for future submissions.
  4. Favorable Outcome: Applicants whose business plans receive a favorable outcome will be contacted for further evaluation. They will receive a follow-up set of questions to gain a deeper understanding of their business. Alternatively, they may be invited to a personal meeting to discuss the business in more detail.
  5. Confidentiality: All information submitted as part of the business plan review process will be treated as confidential and will only be used for the purpose of evaluating the application.
  6. Ownership of Ideas: Our business does not claim ownership of any ideas or intellectual property submitted as part of the business plan review process. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized and generalized data for research and analysis purposes.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Our business shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the business plan review process, including but not limited to decisions made regarding the advancement of applications.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the domicile laws of the registered entity. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.).
By submitting a business plan for review, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from submitting your business plan for review. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

There are no refunds.

The fee applies to a single submission only.
